Caffi Cyfle based at Alyn Waters Country Park OPEN for takeaway light refreshments
Caffi Cyfle based at the visitors centre at Alyn Waters Country Park has been run by local charity Groundwork North Wales since April 2019 and as with all such third sector organisations was hit hard when the nation went into lockdown.
Visitors have been welcomed back to the park for a while now and after undertaking a site review regarding Covid-19 guidelines Caffi Cyfle is now OPEN on a takeaway basis only offering light refreshments. Caffi Cyfle will be open 7 days a week from 11am .
Service will be slightly different taking place from the function room at the back of the building allowing greater space for social distancing. Signage will indicate the one-way queuing system that will be in place.

“We are looking forward to opening up the Caffi Cyfle takeaway service for customers in the Park. We really want to get back to offering the option of refreshments when you are out with your family and friends and our takeaway service along with extra safety measures will ensure we keep our customers and the Caffi Cyfle team safe”.
Parking charges at Alyn Waters are currently on hold until the end of September in line with other Wrexham County Borough council car parks, making Alyn Waters the ideal local day out during the school holidays.
At present in order to adhere to the 2-metre government recommended social distancing guidelines the public toilets will remain closed. We will await further advise and let people know when we will be safe to open the toilets to the public. We apologise for any inconvenience currently.
