The places where we live, work, and spend time have an impact on our well-being. A variety of place-based influences affect health, including physical, social context, and economic circumstances.

Crime, racial and other forms of discrimination, pollution and climate change all have a profound impact on the places we spend our time and on our overall well-being.

By taking positive action for the benefit of the places we live, for society, the economy, the environment and for the community, positive well-being can be achieved and enhanced. These actions are demonstrated through our Place focused projects.
