Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Refurbs Flint, 1-3 Aber Park Ind Estate
Responsible to: Head of Commercial Services
Number of hours per week: 30 hours
Salary: £20,280 (£25,350 FTE)
Purpose of the job:
This role will manage the financial functions of Refurbs, providing accurate and timely information as appropriate and in accordance with our financial regulations. This role will involve a number of key responsibilities including creditor and debtor management, managing supplier payments, balance sheet reconciliations and assisting with the production of the year end accounts. In addition the role will maintain an accurate and up to date database of contracted works for the paint pilot, void clearances and bulky household waste. The recording of waste diverted from landfill and other performance measures will also be part of the role’s responsibilities.
