Creating POSITIVE IMPACTS TOGETHER for our PEOPLE, PLACES & PLANET
Climate change, nature recovery and health inequalities are the biggest challenges facing society today. Our refreshed strategy (2024/27) focuses on addressing these challenges and provides a greater focus on our People, Places, and Planet agenda.
Throughout 2023-24, with thanks to support from the Garfield Weston Foundation we worked with the Pilotlight mentoring programme to refocus our values and our priorities and to shape our next three-year plan: the objective - to increase our impact on the ground and drive meaningful and lasting change for our communities.
We believe that working with local communities and businesses to help them build capacity and resilience is vital if we are to tackle hardship, achieve a just transition to net zero and help nature recover in a way that reduces inequality and leads to better work opportunities and healthier, happier lives.
Our annual report highlights some of our work over the last 12 months and illustrates the way we strive to achieve lasting, environmental, economic, social, and cultural well-being outcomes in an integrated and inclusive way. It demonstrates what our committed staff team have the resolve and the skills to deliver alongside our partners and through our funders, to whom we remain permanently grateful.
If you are interested in working in partnership with our group, please let us know; in the meantime I hope you find this report an interesting and insightful read.
