Risk Assessment Short Course
DESCRIPTION
The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 require every employer and self-employed person to make a suitable and sufficient assessment of the health and safety risks to employees and others in their employment in order to put in place appropriate control measures. While employees might not undertake risk assessments themselves they may be asked to contribute to the process and will be expected to behave in a way that protects both the health and safety of themselves and others at all times. This course will make them more risk-aware and improve their understanding of risk assessments. This course is for anyone in a work environment. The course content will be adapted to suit the work place and activities, to maximise the application for learners in the work environment
DURATION
This is a half day course.
CERTIFICATION
All learners will be provided with an in house certificate of attendance.
