This comprehensive two-day qualification is designed or outdoor professionals and employees who work in rural or remote environments. Learners will attain the knowledge and skills to respond to a range of emergency outdoor situations, with confidence, safe and effective way, particularly when [professional medical help is not immediately available.

Duration
A minimum of 16 contact hours in a classroom, spread over 2 days.
Numbers
A maximum of 12 learners can be accommodated on this course.
Certification
A level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid will be issued upon successful assessment. This qualification is valid for 3 years from the date of completion. The learner will need to complete the course again to requalify for a further 3 years. It is strongly recommended that learners attend annual refresher training.
