Groundwork Training, in partnership with North East Wales Adult Community Learning (ACL), are hosting a range of free IT skills, Tablets for Beginners and Use of Smartphone sessions for those over 19 living in Wrexham and Flintshire.
These sessions aim to promote digital literacy and empower individuals with essential skills for the digital age. The sessions will be taking place in Wrexham, Rhos, Ruabon and Cefn Mawr.
These courses are all delivered in a friendly, informal way and are learner centred to make sure you get the most out of each session. You will have chance to practice what you learn with support from the tutors.
Esther Roberts, Community Learning Tutor, says: “The main goal of these session is to create a safe and friendly space for individuals to learn new skills. There are so many benefits to utilising these free courses, whether that is being able to keep in touch with loved ones following the Smartphone sessions or understanding how to stay safe online in our IT skills class.”
