Our Head of Marketing will plan, produce and oversee the execution of marketing and communications across the Groundwork North Wales group and will act as an ambassador for the organisation

Leading a small but busy team, our Head of Marketing will be a multi-talented, self-motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate creatively through both on and offline media and communication channels.

Working closely with the CEO, senior managers and the project delivery teams, the Head of Marketing will ensure that both the strategic and operational marketing plans are effective and raise our profile and brand awareness to both existing and prospective customers and the beneficiaries of our group of charities.

Ideally, the post holder will have some event management experience, however, a key essential requisite will be the practical experience of managing a marketing team, and a clear and demonstrable understanding of digital marketing, SEO, printed media and the production of marketing collateral.
