You are invited to cast your vote for your favorite mural. You can view all seven of the different murals below. Each of the myths depicted has a Wikipedia page if you’d like a synopsis of the story.

As part of our Chwedl ar Lyn project funded through the John Andrews Charitable Trust we have just finished working with 7 schools in the Pen Llyn area to depict local myths and legends in a huge  12ft x 4ft mural!

The ‘Myth in a Picture’ project is also a competition where you can vote for the best picture - you can view the 7  murals  that the children created and vote on your favourite one [here]. For more information about the project [click here].

You might like to consider the following:

  • How well the mural tells the story
  • Composition
  • Technique
  • Overall impression
  • Creativity and originality
  • Symbolism and motifs
  • Form
  • Expression (e.g. mood, action)

Please encourage as many people as possible to vote on this – you can share this link with family and friends via social media:
