Hours: Casual, as and when required, out of term time

Salary:   Minimum wage (age dependent) for Delivery Roles    £8.50 per hour for Lead Roles

Employed by Groundwork North Wales, based in the Wrexham Office

We are currently recruiting for both Lead and Support Sessional Workers in the provision of childcare supervision on an ad-hoc basis for our Holiday Club, which caters for children aged 8-14. This is initially to cover the February half term period, but staff are also required for school holidays throughout the year.

We are looking for suitably qualified, energetic and enthusiastic people who will work closely with the team to lead and supervise children and staff (if applicable) in the delivery of activities of our holiday club.

Applicants must easily relate to children and young people and ensure their safety and respect for each other as well as making sure they have fun.  Activities are a mix of classroom-based and outdoor activities in a woodland setting. These are designed to encourage children to be adventurous and to develop confidence.

These roles will be subject to an Enhanced DBS check where relevant and two satisfactory references.
