Job Title: Group Marketing Manager
Location: Groundwork Offices, Wrexham
Responsible to: Chief Executive
Responsible for: Marketing Coordinator, Events & Digital Marketing Coordinator, Marketing trainees
Number of hours per week: Full Time – 37.5 hours
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000
Leading a small but busy team, our Group Marketing Manager will be a multi-talented, self-motivated individual. with a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate creatively through both on and offline media and communication channels.
Working closely with the CEO, senior managers and the project delivery teams, the Marketing Manager will ensure that both the strategic and operational marketing plans are effective and raise our profile and brand awareness to both existing and prospective customers and the beneficiaries of our group of charities.
Ideally, the post holder will have some event management experience, however, a key essential requisite will be the practical experience of managing a marketing team, and a clear and demonstrable understanding of digital marketing, SEO, printed media and the production of marketing collateral.
