Level 2 First Aid for Mental Health - 1 Day Course.
DESCRIPTION
This qualification covers the content of the Level 1 course (Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health), but also expands on the effects of drugs and alcohol, incorporates the First Aid for Mental Health Action Plan and covers ways in which a positive mental health culture can be supported within a workplace.
DURATION: 6 hours
CERTIFICATION
A level 2 Award in First Aid for Mental Health will be issued upon successful assessment. This qualification is valid for 3 years from the date of completion. The learner will need to complete the course again to requalify for a further 3 years. It is strongly recommended that learners attend annual refresher training.
NUMBERS
A maximum of 12 learners can be accommodated on this course. We can also deliver training in your workplace which can be tailored to suit the needs of your staff and business and can be delivered in evenings and weekends as well as during the working week.
