Cycling 4 All, the all-ability cycling charity based at Alyn Waters Country Park in Wrexham, has raised over £2,800 at a festive Christmas Bazaar held on 27 November 2025.

The event, generously hosted at Grosvenor’s Eaton Estate by kind permission of the Duke and Duchess of Westminster, raised an impressive £2,800 to support the charity’s vital work providing inclusive cycling opportunities for people of all ages and abilities.

Guests were welcomed with a glass of fizz and festive music performed by Nigel Reader, a Cycling 4 All trustee. A delicious selection of seasonal food, catered by Caffi Cyfle, kept visitors fuelled while they browsed a range of local retailers offering unique Christmas gifts.

Speaking after the event, Nigel Reader at Cycling 4 All, said:

“I’d like to express my sincere thanks to everyone who came along to the Christmas Bazaar and helped us raise vital funds in support of the Pedal Power service. I’m also extremely grateful to the local businesses for their generous donations of prizes and gifts, to the stallholders who took part, and to the volunteers whose dedication and hard work made the event such a success.”

Cycling 4 All operates the Pedal Power service on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, offering a fleet of specialist and standard bikes, including trikes, side-by-sides, hand bikes, wheelchair bikes, mountain bikes, and electric bikes.

Pedal Power provides safe, inclusive cycling opportunities for people of all ages and abilities, offering specialist bikes, trikes, and e-bikes alongside dedicated volunteers and cycling officers. Their services enable hundreds of people to experience the joy, freedom, and health benefits of cycling in a secure, traffic-free environment.

Pedal Power receives no public funding, and every year must raise the funds to keep this vital service going and to maintain the fleet of specialist bikes, many of which have now been in service for over a decade.
