Having worked with GWNW for a number of years now, I was keen to give back to the organisation in whatever capacity I could.
When the trustee role for I.T & Digital was released, I knew it was an opportunity to offer my skillset and knowledge, to help shape how the organisation looks for many years to come.
In the ever-changing world that is I.T, it’s difficult to get lost in all the acronyms, buzzwords and latest topics, my role is to ensure best practises are brought into GWNW, help shape their digital landscape, and ensure it’s in a much safer and secure place for the future.
Away from my usual day job and role here, I spend most of my time with my lovely wife and two children, then either coaching my sons football team, or watching football/F1 on the TV!
